consumed 823,489 GJ of electricity and
emitted 83,817 GHG tonnes.
Electricity represents 15.73% of total industrial energy use.  Agriculture is the largest consumer of electricity in Prince Edward Island. However, everyone uses electricity to power lights, computers, control rooms, monitoring systems like SCADA and photocopiers to name just a few applications.
